Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proficiency in English (Advanced/Upper-Intermediate+ level), with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong experience in creating BA artifacts: functional specifications, use cases, UML diagrams, and acceptance test plans.
- Solid technical understanding, with the ability to liaise between business and technical teams effectively.
- Analytical mindset and proven problem-solving skills.
- Excellent soft skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and engage in meaningful small talk to foster relationships.
- Experience in time management and adhering to deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Ability to create simple UX/UI prototypes.
As a plus:
- Experience working in the web3 domain, with an understanding of blockchain technology to facilitate smoother team transitions and professional client interactions from the start.
- Experience working in the Food and Beverage domain.
- Previous experience conducting the Discovery phase and gathering comprehensive requirements.
- Understanding of APIs and integration processes.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze requirements from clients and stakeholders.
