The UAE’s real estate market is fast-paced, yet the client’s existing web platform was falling behind due to high search friction and cumbersome navigation. The primary challenge was to replace slow, filter-heavy search journeys with a high-speed, mobile-first experience. OmiSoft was tasked with building a Tinder-like matching ecosystem that could reduce search abandonment, automate visit scheduling, and streamline direct agent-client communication within a single, intuitive interface.

We implemented a Tinder-like swipe interface that allows users to quickly scan property listings. This approach reduced search time significantly and improved user engagement by providing a more dynamic and mobile-friendly experience.
Integrated advanced filtering tools and instant search result updates, enabling users to customize their property searches more effectively. This allowed users to identify relevant listings faster without navigating through multiple filter layers.
Built a direct chat feature for instant communication between users and agents. This feature reduced the need for email or phone coordination, helping both parties connect more efficiently and respond to inquiries in real time.
We added an interactive map to let users view property locations visually, aiding spatial decision-making. Users could seamlessly toggle between swipe views and map views for a more comprehensive understanding of each listing’s location.
Developed a built-in scheduling tool for property visits. Users could select available time slots and book directly within the app, reducing the burden on agents and speeding up the appointment-setting process.
