ABOUT THE CLIENT

Kingdom Sports is a startup team focused on applying artificial intelligence to sports analytics. Their objective was to build a predictive system capable of analyzing historical match data and generating outcome forecasts powered by machine learning. The team aimed to create a foundation for a future sports analytics product that could evolve into a commercial platform.

Challenge

The client came to us with a straightforward goal — build an AI model that can actually predict sports match results and make those predictions usable in a real product. We had to collect and structure historical data, train and validate the model, and make sure the architecture could be retrained as new matches come in. At the same time, we designed a mobile app concept that presents predictions and confidence levels in a way that feels clear and practical, not overly technical.
