Requirements:
— Basic knowledge or internship experience in lead generation, sales, or related areas (cold outreach experience is a plus).
— Eagerness to learn and develop skills in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive).
— Good written and spoken English.
— Interest in exploring tools like LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Snov.io, Expandi.io, or Instantly.ai for lead generation and follow-up management.
— Ability to create clear and concise communication for outreach with potential clients.
— A team-oriented mindset and proactive approach to daily tasks and goals.
— Attention to detail and ability to manage information accurately.
Responsibilities:
— Outbound Lead Generation and Qualification:
Conduct lead searches based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), proactively identifying new business opportunities through a multi-channel approach, including email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other strategies.
— CRM Management:
Ensure accurate and up-to-date lead records in our CRM system (Pipedrive), keeping all information well-organized and documented.
— Sales Process Improvement:
Work closely with the sales team, sharing valuable insights and contributing to the continuous optimization of lead generation, qualification, and overall sales strategies.
— Lead Nurturing:
Implement and maintain a consistent follow-up process to effectively nurture leads, ensuring they progress through the pipeline and convert into business opportunities.
