SMM Specialist

Requirements:

 

— 6+ months of experience in social media management (or strong passion and understanding of the field)

— Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts

— Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, and Google Analytics

— Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently

— English level: B1 or higher

 

Will be a plus:

 

— Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns

— Knowledge of SEO and content optimization techniques

— Understanding of B2B marketing strategies

— Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)

 

Requirements:

 

— Create and manage content plans, ensuring their successful execution

— Develop engaging content such as posts, carousels, videos, client case studies, and industry insights

— Explore new content formats (LinkedIn Live, TikTok Shorts) for B2B storytelling

— Develop and execute a strategic content and social media plan for platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and other B2B channels

— Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports

— Provide recommendations for content optimization and growth strategies
