Requirements:

 

— Proficiency in English (B2 or higher).

— Strong interest in recruitment and career growth in the IT field.

— Ability to adapt to changing requirements and fast-paced work environments.

— Strong teamwork and proactive attitude.

— Experience in recruitment in non-IT companies or agencies will be considered a plus.

— Completion of recruitment courses will be considered a plus.

— A background in psychology, human resources, or a similar field will be considered a plus.

 

Responsibilities:

 

— Sourcing and closing positions for outstaffing projects.

— Using various sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, recommendations, and Telegram groups, while managing incoming applications.

— Conducting pre-screening interviews to assess candidates’ skills and fit.

— Verifying English proficiency and conducting English checks.

— Guiding candidates through the recruitment process.

— Collaborating with Partnership and Sales Managers to define role requirements.

— Coordinating interviews with Technical Leads.

— Managing candidate profiles in the database
