Requirements:
— English speaking and writing skills (Upper-Intermediate or higher level).
— Completed IT Project Management course.
— Must have at least 6 months of commercial experience as a PM in IT.
— Experience with Web3 (blockchain, cryptocurrency) is preferred.
— Understanding of business analysis processes.
— Knowledge of agile development methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
— Solid knowledge of JIRA and Trello.
— Technical insight.
— Good multitasking skills.
— Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
— Team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.
— High level of responsibility and adherence to deadlines.
— Completed higher education (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree).
As a plus:
— Technical education or cases in software development.
— Experience with pre-sales and preparing proposals.
— Experience in managing distributed teams.
— Practical experience in QA/Testing.
— Experience in other roles in IT.
