Business Analyst

Requirements:

 

— 1+ year of experience as a Business Analyst.

— Proficiency in English (Advanced/Upper-Intermediate+ level), with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

— Strong experience in creating BA artifacts: functional specifications, use cases, UML diagrams, and acceptance test plans.

— Solid technical understanding, with the ability to liaise between business and technical teams effectively.

— Analytical mindset and proven problem-solving skills.

— Excellent soft skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and engage in meaningful small talk to foster relationships.

— Experience in time management and adhering to deadlines in fast-paced environments

— Ability to create simple UX/UI prototypes.

 

As a plus:

 

— Experience working in the web3 domain, with an understanding of blockchain technology to facilitate smoother team transitions and professional client interactions from the start.

— Experience working in the Food and Beverage domain.

— Previous experience conducting the Discovery phase and gathering comprehensive requirements.

— Understanding of APIs and integration processes.

 

Responsibilities:

 

— Gather and analyze requirements from clients and stakeholders.

— Develop detailed BA artifacts such as functional specifications, use cases, UML diagrams, and acceptance test plans.

— Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure smooth project execution.

— Participate in client meetings, facilitating communication and understanding between the technical and business teams.

— Stay up-to-date with trends in the web3 ecosystem.
