What is an iGaming conference?

An iGaming conference is an industry event where professionals from the online gambling sector — operators, software providers, affiliates, payment processors, regulators, and investors — gather to network, share knowledge, and conduct business. Formats range from large exhibitions like ICE Barcelona to invitation-only retreats like the NEXT Retreat series.

Which iGaming conference is the largest in 2026?

ICE Barcelona, with approximately 65,000 attendees from over 180 countries, is the largest iGaming exhibition in 2026. SBC Summit Lisbon (35,000) and SiGMA World in Rome (30,000) are the next largest by attendance.

Which iGaming events should affiliates prioritize?

iGB Affiliate Barcelona is the single most affiliate-focused event on the 2026 calendar. SBC Summit Lisbon and SiGMA World in Rome are also strong for affiliates given their scale and the density of operator-side decision-makers. The Affiliate Leaders Summit within SBC Lisbon is worth building a schedule around.

Which gambling events have the highest concentration of B2B software providers?

ICE Barcelona, SBC Summit Lisbon, and SiGMA World offer the highest density of B2B providers — covering casino platforms, sportsbook technology, payment systems, and game studios. For Web3 and crypto-specific solutions, AIBC Eurasia in Dubai and SiGMA Asia in Manila attract a higher share of blockchain-focused providers.

What should a new market entrant focus on at iGaming events?

Regulatory panels and jurisdiction-specific sessions at the relevant regional event are the starting point — SBC Summit Rio for Brazil, SiGMA Africa for the African market, SiGMA Asia for Southeast Asia. On the exhibition floor, use the time to evaluate casino software developers and sportsbook platforms side-by-side. Prioritize meetings with compliance advisors and payment providers early — they are usually the bottleneck in any new-market launch.

Are there iGaming events specifically focused on crypto and Web3 gaming?

AIBC Eurasia in Dubai sits directly at the intersection of iGaming and blockchain. SiGMA Asia in Manila and the SBC Summit Lisbon Tech Academy also give significant attention to crypto payments, blockchain gaming, and Web3 infrastructure. Teams offering Web3 casino development or white-label crypto casino platforms will find AIBC Eurasia the most targeted event for their audience.

How do you get invited to NEXT.io elite retreats?

NEXT retreats are invitation-only and curated by the organizers. The most reliable path is visibility through the main NEXT Summit events (Valletta in May), speaking at industry conferences, and being actively referenced within professional iGaming circles. Attendance at a prior NEXT Summit event noticeably improves the odds of a retreat invitation.

What is the iGaming calendar for the second half of 2026?

The second half of 2026 starts with SBC Summit Americas in Fort Lauderdale (June 9–11), then the major European events in the fall: SBC Summit Lisbon (September 29–October 1), NEXT Retreat Europe in Cyprus (October 12–14), SiGMA World in Rome (November 2–5), and NEXT Retreat LatAm in Cancún (November 17–19).
