The client is a mobility service provider operating in the ride-hailing industry. Their primary product is an Uber-like taxi-booking app designed to connect passengers with nearby drivers. Prior to the crisis, the app had gained traction in the local market.
Challenge
The primary challenge was to revitalise a legacy ride-hailing platform that had suffered from critical maintenance gaps during a major regional crisis. OmiSoft was tasked with performing a full technical recovery, migrating the architecture to React Native, and ensuring the system was stable enough to support a rapid expansion across 17 cities in Ukraine, Romania, and Bulgaria.

Deployment and App Store Optimisation
Updated apps were successfully published to both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. ASO strategies were also applied to the iOS version to increase discoverability, optimise conversion rates, and boost user acquisition metrics.
