Lead Generation Specialist

Requirements:

 

1+ years of proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a related role, with a focus on cold outreach.
— Proficiency in CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar tools.
— Strong ability to work independently while also contributing to a dynamic sales team, consistently performing outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, and other channels on a daily basis
— Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
— Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Snov.io, Expandi.io, Instantly.ai or similar prospecting tools to generate new leads and maintain follow-ups with previous connections.
— Skilled in creating effective communication sequences for outreach.
— Understanding of outbound marketing strategies and cold outreach methods.
— Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data.

 

As a plus:

 

— Experience with USA and Europe clients
— Basic understanding of AI and blockchain

 

Responsibilities:

 

Outbound Lead Generation and Qualification:
Conduct lead searches based on ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), proactively identify new business opportunities through a multi-channel approach, including email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other strategies.

— CRM Management:
Ensure accurate and up-to-date lead records in our CRM system (Pipedrive), keeping all information well-organized and documented.

— Sales Process Improvement:
Work closely with the sales team, sharing valuable insights and contributing to the continuous optimization of lead generation, qualification, and overall sales strategies.

— Lead Nurturing:
Implement and maintain a consistent follow-up process to effectively nurture leads, ensuring they progress through the pipeline and convert into business opportunities.
