Junior UX Designer/Technical Writer (Location Stockholm, Sweden)

Required skills:

• Bachelor´s degree in a related field, such as graphic design, interaction design, Technical-writer, or human-computer interaction
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Experience designing for SharePoint 365 and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Comfortable working with embedded developers and hardware designers
• Experience with design software, such as Sketch or Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Open-minded and easy to collaborate with
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to present and articulate design decisions
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Design user-centered solutions for internal web applications using SharePoint
• Work closely with embedded developers and hardware designers to ensure designs are effectively implemented
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback on designs
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet project requirements
• Continuously improve designs based on feedback and data-driven insights
• Act as a spider in the net, collaborating with teams across multiple projects
• Can held education in Share point 365 to teams
